Jack White Joins The Five-Time Snl Players Association
Jack White's powerful late-night show earned him a spot in the exclusive Five-Timers Club on Saturday Night Live.
The Detroit guitarist, backed by percussionist Daru Jones, bassist Dominic Davis, and keyboardist Quincy McCrary, went through "Taking Me Back" and "Fear of the Dawn" from his 2022 rock album, Fear of the Dawn, dipping in and out of guitar passages.
With a performance of "A Tip From You to Me," which can be found on the acoustic companion Album, Entering Paradise Alive, later in the programme, White displayed a gentler side.
On the February 25th edition of Saturday Night Live, presented by the actor Woody Harrelson, White performed.
As luck would have it, both men made their fifth appearance on the programme on Saturday's broadcast, and at the episode's end, they each received a jacket from the Five-Timers Society.
White is the twenty-first musical artist to enter the exclusive group, according to the Saturday Night Live Wiki.
