Will Jeff Bezos Take Over As Commanders' New Owner?
When it was first revealed that Dan Snyder would look into selling the Commanders, many supporters assumed Jeff Bezos would take over as the new owner. That doesn't seem to be going to happen, though.
Snyder allegedly stopped Bezos from attending the exclusive sale, according to Josh Kosman of the New York Times. He seemed to be interested in making a move for the Commanders.
Despite this, a proposal of about $5.5 billion was allegedly submitted before the deadline this week by an unnamed bidder.
Snyder expected to get a bid for the Commanders worth at least $6 billion.

"He wants to say to the NFL don’t let them say we weren’t here," a source from the New York Post said.
